How Long Do LED Cabochon Lights Last?
Modern LED cabochon lights are designed to provide many years of reliable performance. The acrylic cabochon lenses themselves can typically last between 10 and 30 years, depending on weather conditions, UV exposure and physical wear.
The LED modules used within cabochon lights can achieve a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours when properly maintained. For example, if operated for 8 hours per day during a 200-day season, a 50,000-hour LED could continue performing for more than 30 years.
LED cabochon lights also offer significant energy savings compared to traditional incandescent fairground lighting while requiring less maintenance.
